Are you a construction or real estate professional looking to move from project execution into the ownership side of commercial real estate?
A highly respected Memphis-based family office is seeking a Real Estate Associate to support acquisitions, development projects, construction management, site selection, and portfolio initiatives across a multi-state real estate platform.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of commercial real estate ownership, including acquisitions, development, leasing, construction, and long-term portfolio strategy.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support real estate acquisitions, lease transactions, renewals, and development initiatives
- Assist with site selection, feasibility reviews, and property evaluations
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and development partners
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, pay applications, and change orders
- Participate in due diligence activities including environmental, survey, entitlement, and site investigations
- Conduct site visits and construction progress reviews
- Help manage projects from concept through completion
- Support portfolio planning, facility initiatives, and strategic real estate projects
- Serve as an extension of ownership while helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
What We're Looking For
- Approximately 3-7 years of experience in construction, development, project management, corporate real estate, or related fields
- Ground-up commercial, industrial, site development, or similar project experience preferred
- Experience working with contractors, consultants, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Excel and construction project management software
- Ability to travel as projects require
