Corporate Strength And Conditioning Coach
Not looking for Certified ATC Trainer/Traditional Physical Therapists. Any trainer who has provided and lead large group wellness/workout sessions would work. Will be providing strength & conditioning coach for field employees. Conducting stretching, mobility, hydration, recovery & injury prevention programs. Open to personal trainers as well if they have any certification CSCS, TSAC, CPT, NSCA certifications.
Must have:
- 3+ years' experience
- Large group training/coaching experience
- Strong people skills & work ethic
- Strength & conditioning / fitness coaching background
- Injury prevention mindset
- Comfortable traveling to multiple sites
Nice to have:
- Kinesiology degree/background
- CSCS, TSAC, CPT, NSCA certifications
- Corporate fitness / industrial wellness experience
Interview process:

- 2. Onsite panel interview
