Sales Contract Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team. Who This Role Is For 1–3+ years of administrative or sales support experience Highly organized and excel at managing multiple tasks and deadlines Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Comfortable handling contracts, reports, and data tracking Take pride in accuracy, follow-through, and communication This role requires someone who can stay organized under pressure, keep communication flowing, and ensure sales operations run efficiently from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing Manage internal and external contract flow, including preparation and tracking Schedule meetings, prepare agendas/notes, and follow up on action items Draft and prepare financial, statistical, and narrative reports Support marketing efforts, including coordination of trade shows and events Maintain and update the sales team’s internal database of contacts Review job files and compare budgets against proposals for accuracy Prepare and send contracts and change orders for signatures Communicate with clients to collect and return required documentation Support special projects and assist Sales and Operations teams as needed Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Benefits and Compensation $24-$28/Hour 401(k) and Life Insurance 9 Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Time Why Join Gothic Landscape?
