Data ScientistWe are looking for a stellar data analyst to help shape our product-led team. Data analysis and modeling is core to our platform. You will be aligned with that approach - data comes first and extracting data at every step of the way and analyzing it will be your key goal. This role is best for someone who has experience finding clever ways to analyze data and most importantly, is eager to work hard to discover new data adventures ahead.What You Will Own:Work directly with our data, engineering and executive teams to identify and analyze data opportunities across the organization.Own the analysis, development and deployment of certain data sets and models - from prototypes to testing and production.Evaluate and integrate completely new datasets.Use your superpowers and discover insights, propose new features and help craft the product strategy every step of the way.We are looking for leaders who will help build the team's culture, define best practices and help grow the team.What You Will Bring:Preferably 3 - 5 years of experience in financial services or technology, focused exclusively on data analysis, modeling and discovery.Familiarity with developer best practices and comfort navigating production codebases since we query from many different sources.Extremely strong statistics background with some AI / ML experience.Tons of experience deploying models into production and designing and running new experiments.An interest in leading technologies, such as decentralized finance and crypto.Deep Experience with Python, SQL and MS ExcelOur Stack:Frontend: React, Next.js.Backend: Go, MongoDB, Redis, AWS.Experience with our full-stack isn't necessary.We adopt awesome tools to use and help us and our customers be more productive.
