The Role

The On-Site Construction Manager / Superintendent will serve as AM Titan's day-to-day leader in the field, responsible for turning our development plans into high-quality completed projects.

This is a hands-on field leadership role with meaningful responsibility for schedule, trade coordination, quality, inspections, jobsite organization, problem solving, punch, and turnover. You will coordinate the daily construction process and make sure our projects move safely, efficiently, and with the level of execution expected from AM Titan.

You will work directly alongside AM Titan's Founder & Principal and Development Operations Manager. That structure allows the Superintendent to stay focused on field execution while the broader team supports bidding, permits, utilities, project documentation, accounting, and other development activities.

What You'll Do

· Lead day-to-day construction activities across active AM Titan jobsites.

· Coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and material deliveries in the field.

· Manage trade sequencing and short-term field schedules to keep projects moving efficiently.

· Hold subcontractors accountable for schedule, workmanship, cleanliness, and completion of scope.

· Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and field details.

· Inspect work throughout construction for quality, completeness, and plan compliance.

· Identify field issues early and drive practical solutions before they impact schedule or quality.

· Coordinate and prepare projects for building, trade, and municipal inspections.

· Maintain safe, clean, organized, and professional jobsites that reflect AM Titan's standards.

· Verify that materials are available when needed and communicate upcoming procurement needs before they affect the schedule.

· Track daily progress, upcoming milestones, constraints, and field risks.

· Manage punch lists and drive buildings and units through completion and turnover.

· Complete or coordinate minor punch, repair, and finish work when practical to keep projects moving.

· Coordinate closely with the Development & Construction Coordinator so field needs, schedules, documentation, and open items remain aligned.

· Provide clear progress updates, photos, schedule information, and issue tracking through AM Titan's project-management process.

· Contribute field insight that helps AM Titan continuously improve construction quality, efficiency, standardization, and execution across future projects.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a builder and field leader who understands how to move construction forward. The right person takes ownership, communicates clearly, anticipates problems, holds trades accountable, and takes pride in delivering a high-quality finished product.

Relevant experience in residential, multifamily, townhome, production homebuilding, or commercial construction is preferred. We care more about demonstrated field capability, leadership, construction judgment, and ownership than a specific title or traditional career path.

Relevant backgrounds may include:

· Construction Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent

· Residential Construction Manager

· Multifamily Superintendent

· Field Manager

· Assistant Project Manager with significant field responsibility

· Production Homebuilding Superintendent / Construction Manager

The right candidate should be comfortable managing multiple trades, reading plans, maintaining schedules, addressing quality issues, preparing for inspections, and holding subcontractors accountable. We also value someone who is willing to be hands-on when necessary and understands that small issues should not be allowed to stall a project.

Compensation & Benefits

· Base salary: $75,000-$85,000, based on experience.

· Annual performance bonus opportunity: up to 10% of base salary.
