Mobile Crisis Social Worker - Field-Based & Trauma-Informed
New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation
NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking a Social Worker II to join the B-HEARD crisis response team. A NYSED-licensed LMSW or LCSW is required. This field-based role serves individuals in community, clinical and field settings within a fast-paced urban health system. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, risk assessments, and rapid disposition planning, with coordination across real-time health information and community resources.
