Skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Client Service oriented professional with experience handling client complaints and has a problem solving mentality.
• Solid computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to Detail
• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Schedule must be flexible.
• Prior customer rep experience preferred but not required.
  RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer incoming calls to reservations department.
• Input reservations into our system.
• Follow up calls with clients and affiliates.
• Communicate with clients via email and telephone.
• Maintain a close working relationship with our other departments.
  Availability to work an Evening Shift
