Apprentice Field Service Technician

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for an Apprentice Field Service Technician. The Apprentice Technician serves as support to the senior technicians while learning field-service operations, troubleshooting, maintenance procedures, and customer interaction for loading dock, door, warehouse, and material handling equipment at customer sites.

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures

• Perform preventative maintenance

• Execute repairs alongside senior technicians

• Interface directly with customers

• Maintain safety compliance
