Physical Therapist

Summary We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) for a Home Health team at Caretenders, a part of LHC Group. Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions. Develop treatment plans and perform interventions to improve and enhance patients’ well‑being. Track patient progress and report response to treatment and any changes to nursing or physician supervisors. Guide and inform patients, families, and health‑care team members regarding care plans, functional limitations, and progress toward goals. Assist physicians in developing therapy plans of care. Education And Experience Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice. Current CPR certification. Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance; dependable vehicle access.
