KIA ON ATLANTIC| Pay: $14–$15/hour (based on experience)

KIA ON ATLANTIC is currently seeking professional and customer-focused Receptionists to join our team! We have offer a competitive pay structure and a supportive work environment. Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) is required. Previous dealership experience is required.

• Greet all guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and work area

• Perform general administrative duties, including:

  • Data entry

  • Organizing and maintaining files and records

  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Strong time management skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Positive attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and be part of a team

• Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
