This dynamic role in the ER involves delivering exceptional and compassionate care to patients facing acute and critical situations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct triage and thorough patient assessments.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
