This opportunity offers exposure to many specialties in surgical services, including general, gynecological, genitourinary, oral, otolaryngology, bariatrics, orthopedics, neuro, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pediatrics, trauma, and spine. With 17 operating rooms and a Level 1 trauma environment staffed around the clock, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals and enhance your clinical skills, boosting your resume and career trajectory.

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour shifts; 36 hours per week, rotating day (7am start) and evening (9am or 11am start) shifts
• Every third weekend as needed
• Every other holiday required
• On call once per schedule
• Floating may be required within surgical ORs

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient Operating Room RN experience; Level 1 trauma preferred
• Scrub experience required
• Competency in at least 5 of the listed surgical specialties
• Positive, adaptable attitude with strong communication skills
• Certification: BLS required
• Preferred: Neuro and vascular experience, not only scrubbing general, GYN, GU

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub for a diverse set of procedures across multiple specialties
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced and high-acuity surgical setting
• Maintain readiness for trauma and emergency situations
• Float within surgical services as needed
