Executive Assistant - 10-week Contract

We're partnering with a well-established, global professional services organization headquartered in Minneapolis to identify an experienced Executive Assistant for a summer contract assignment.

This role will support senior-level professionals and is ideal for an Executive Assistant who is highly organized, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key administrative partner to senior professionals, helping keep daily operations organized and running efficiently
  
  
  
  
• Proactively manage busy and changing schedules, coordinating meetings and timelines with both internal and external contacts
  
  
  
  
• Handle preparations and logistics for meetings, including space coordination, technology needs, and materials
  
  
  
  
• Support travel planning and follow-up, including itineraries, documentation, and timely completion of expense reports
  
  
  
  
• Assist with invoice processing and general administrative workflows in accordance with established procedures
  
  
  
  
• Maintain and organize information using internal tools and shared resources
  
  
  
  
• Collaborate with other administrative professionals and provide coverage support when needed
  
  
  
  
• Manage sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting senior or executive-level professionals
  
  
  
  
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  
  
  
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  
  
  
  
• High attention to detail with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  
  
  
  
• Ability to work independently and remain flexible as priorities shift
  
  
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with expense or HR systems a plus
  
  
  
  
• Background in financial services, professional services, or corporate environments preferred
