HWL Requisition:Lee Health-Corporate Center-AN-0048 Pediatric Registered Dietitian: 2 years of experience required. FL License required. EMR: Epic experience required. Shift: Shifts are flexible coming in any time from 7:00A-9:00a then working an 8 1/2 hour shift with 30 min lunch. Call required: Weekend on call rotation every 4th weekend. On-Call weekend from 4P-7P Friday, 7A-7P on Saturday and Sunday. Work is via remote (laptop issued upon start date) and EPIC secure chat with staff. May be required to come in on case-by-case basis. RD will have a designated home base but may be asked to float to other campuses as needed (Cape Coral Hospital, Lee Memorial Hospital, Gulf Coast Medical Center, Health Park Medical Center/Golisano Children's Hospital). **HWL prescreen interview, Manager final interview and offer.**\r\n\r\nRadius Rule 50 miles from perm address. FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO after submission. (Please load all Demographic information at time of submittal: Address, email, full DOB, full SS, RN license number.) We will NOT be able to confirm anyone without this demographic information loaded in the profile. Culture is VERY important here. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.
