The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed hospital in Helena, MT and we're looking for a compassionate, dependable, detail-oriented and motivated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a growing healthcare team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the patient experience - helping create a welcoming environment while supporting providers with high-quality clinical and administrative care.

What You'll Do

As a CMA, you'll play an essential role in keeping both patient care and daily operations running smoothly by:

• Welcoming patients and preparingthem for exams and procedures
• Recording vital signs, medicalhistories, and patient information accurately
• Assisting providers with clinicalprocedures, including injections, EKGs, and specimen collection
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-datedocumentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Scheduling appointments, managingphone calls and supporting patients with questions and follow-up care
• Coordinating prescription refillsand prior authorizations with pharmacies and insurance providers
• Ensuring exam rooms are clean,organized, stocked,properlyequipped and ready for patient care
• Upholding patient confidentialityand following all healthcare compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited MedicalAssistant program
• Current Certified Medical Assistant(CMA) certification
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational andmultitasking abilities
• Proficiency with EHR systemspreferred
• A positive attitude andpatient-first mindset
