We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This position offers a professional, fast-paced work environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork, consistency, and quality. Position Overview:
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing menu items according to established recipes and standards. This role requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and a clean, organized workstation. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in a timely and consistent manner
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- No early morning or late-night shifts
- Consistent scheduling
- Supportive and professional team environment
