Retail Display Installer - Technology

Overview Retail Display Installer – Technology, located in Market – SS – IL – N. Chicago. Must travel up to 90 miles from home (average). Work Monday–Friday, no weekend requirement. Pay $17.50 per hour, next‑day pay on demand, paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability. Must maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Key Responsibilities Communicate promptly with field services management, responding within 24 hours of contact. Keep availability updated and accurate. Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates, including installing and building displays, end caps, and fixtures. Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Perform break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people and provide solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist team members as needed and contribute to the team's success. Adhere to timelines for accurate time‑card submission and report anomalies daily. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment; attend training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Qualifications Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night shifts as required. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 ft, lift and carry up to 60 lb, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, grasp and reach overhead. Adaptability to diverse tasks and work environments. Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use smartphone for clock‑in/out, taking/uploading photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet. High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or merchandising experience preferred. Proficient with hand and power tools; able to follow planogram directives. Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment. Superior leadership skills and professional communication and presentation abilities. Strong time‑management, reporting, and problem‑solving skills.
