Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals in a community setting
• Collaborate with other health professionals/providers to address health needs
• Coordinate communications and actions of various disciplines regarding health and safety supports
• Oversee medication-related processes and ensure compliance with established policies
• Report progress to physicians and transcribe medically related reports
• Complete necessary nursing documentation
• Supervise activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses
• Schedule and ensure completion of appointments for health-related issues
• Facilitate new employee training and recertification for health and safety topics

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• WV RN License
• Home Health Experience
• Proficiency in HCHB and OASIS
