Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Three or more years of experience in a customer service position for automotive is necessary. Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends. Possess a state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record to operate vehicles. Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership.
