Senior Project Manager – MPS The Senior Project Manager – MPS is a subject‑matter‑expert level Project Management position responsible for managing large‑sized projects of advanced complexity, creating detailed project plans, collaborating on tasks with team members, tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of project timelines within budget. Responsibilities Serve as the subject‑matter expert for all customer project management matters. Review and thoroughly understand work orders and service agreements. Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships. Navigate nuances of client relations among peers within trusted account relationships. Create agenda and guide the Kickoff Meeting presentation to all stakeholders of the fulfillment team. Anticipate concerns impacting the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and multiple objectives. Foster new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. Manage multi‑year forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., monthly sales results and annual forecasts). Contribute and present program metrics for client business reviews. Maintain and enhance relationships with the BD team to identify and grow opportunities. Assist with challenging requests or issue escalations as needed internally. Manage ongoing customer site requirements. Act as a single point of contact and own the proposal process internally. Review and prepare Cost‑at‑Completion (CAC) accounting for internal review with MPS leadership. Act as a subject‑matter expert of the CAC process and mentor junior program managers. Proactively manage multiple activities of higher complexity to ensure forward progress and deadlines with efficiency. Negotiate and create all change orders on projects for internal approval. Represent the company/project in meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc. Maintain understanding of customer forecast and facilitate alignment with the Production Team and Continuous Improvement Team. Qualifications Ability to adapt to evolving customer priorities. Meet internal and external customer demands and resolve problems of higher complexity. Provide clear direction in complex situations with competing priorities with professionalism and composure. Possess the utmost personal integrity by exemplifying MPS core values daily (We Care, We Share, We Listen, We Innovate, We Excel). Thorough understanding of MPS safety protocols and procedures. Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Power BI and Oracle preferred. Understand, develop, follow, and enforce standard operating policies and procedures. Perform duties in a professional manner and appearance. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary. Work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude. Effective oral and written communication skills. Self‑motivated, proactive, and an effective team player. Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff, vendors, clients, and others. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline preferred. PMP license a plus; experience in program management, preferably in an industrialized construction role. Expert knowledge of construction technology, scheduling. Minimum 7 years of equipment and methods experience required; business development/heavy client interaction a plus. Combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent is acceptable. Travel 0 – 10% travel required. Working Conditions General work environment – primarily indoors with fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Workers may sit for long periods, stand, walk, type, carry, push, and bend. Noise level is usually low to medium; can be loud on a job site. Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs. is required.
