A well-established, hospital-employed pediatric group in southern Ohio is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join a collaborative and growing team. Position Highlights: Hospital-employed pediatric opportunity with an established team of 7 physicians and 9 APPs Flexible scheduling options available: (5) 8s, (4) 10s, or (3) 12s Office hours Sunday Friday, 8am 8pm Shared nursery rounding and call coverage among providers Average patient volume of approximately 25 patients per day Broad pediatric scope including outpatient care, nursery coverage, and minor in-office procedures Onsite lab services and point-of-care testing available Collaboration with nationally recognized children s hospitals for specialty support and ongoing education Access to pediatric specialty outreach clinics and educational partnerships Compensation/Benefits: Competitive hospital-employed compensation package Sign-on bonus up to $100K Up to $200K in medical school loan repayment assistance Residency stipend available up to $25K Productivity bonus incentives up to 10% of salary 29 days PTO plus additional PTO incentive opportunities CME allowance plus dedicated CME time off Relocation assistance provided Comprehensive malpractice coverage with tail 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans available with employer contribution The Community: Located along the Ohio River near the Kentucky border, this welcoming southern Ohio community offers affordable living, excellent outdoor recreation, and a strong sense of community.
