Senior Pharma/Life Sciences Construction Lead (Employee-Owned)
LVI Associates
LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Superintendent for Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences construction in the Kansas City area. The role leads field operations across complex pharma and biotech projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality commissioning. You will coordinate with PMs, owners, engineers, and vendors to install process equipment, clean utilities, and specialized building systems within regulated environments. Travel and leadership experience are required.
