Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $52,000 to $65,000 (equivalent to $25.00-$31.25/hour), based on licensure & experience

What You'll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy to 4-5 adult clients per day in community settings
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans aligned with ACT best practices
• Participate in daily multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with families, community partners, and referral sources
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in Welligent EMR
• Participate in the rotating on-call crisis schedule to maintain ACT model fidelity
• Uphold ethical standards, trauma-informed practices, and client-centered care

What We're Looking For

• Licensure: LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A, LPC (provisional or full NC licensure required)
• Experience: Community-based work preferred; must be comfortable meeting clients where they are
• Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and passion for serving vulnerable adults
• Strong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and documentation abilities
