Job Title

Registered Nurse – ICU (LTACH)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36–48 Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTACH) ICU setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, ensuring timely assessment and intervention
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete required pre-assignment modules and maintain annual compliance requirements prior to and throughout the contract
• Float to other qualified units or campuses as needed based on census demands, performing only tasks within demonstrated competencies

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years of ICU or CCU experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience with EPIC EMR
• Must meet facility travel compliance distance requirements to be eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior LTAC ICU experience strongly preferred
• CCU background will also be considered
