Job Description:

A Sales Manager for Delmarva RV Center Inc is responsible for leading and supervising a sales team to help drive revenue within the sales department. Essential Responsibilities Participate in developing a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Must ensure all sales personnel is utilizing the CRM Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly Scheduling of sales personnel Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of salespeople Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters Displays, merchandises, and promotes new- and used-RV units Step in to answer customer questions and issues when required Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments Maintains a professional appearance

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, square feet, and volume.
• Essential telephone etiquette knowledge
• Effective communication skills, ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with co-workers and customers
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Team-player able to work on their own initiative in a dynamic, fast paced, challenging environment
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality

Monday through Saturday schedule. Saturdays are a mandatory scheduled day with one scheduled day off during the week.
