Job Title: Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal

Location: Manhattan, NY (Hybrid)

A highly respected and well-established Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation firm in Manhattan is seeking an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal to join its team. Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation.
• Manage case files, medical records, discovery, and litigation deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with trial preparation and case management.
• Maintain accurate calendaring and case documentation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
• Strong knowledge of New York personal injury litigation procedures.
• Medical Malpractice experience is a significant plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between [$80,000 – $120,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
