Pharmacist (Per Diem) - Washington Township

Pharmacist

The per diem pharmacist oversees the medication distribution system for their area of responsibility. In addition, the pharmacist identifies, prevents, and resolves drug therapy problems by ensuring each medication is indicated, effective, safe, and convenient for the patient. Per diem pharmacist covers at least 2 shifts every posted schedule period and provides rotating holiday/weekend shift.

Education:

Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy with appropriate experience

Minimum Certifications, Registration or License Requirements:

Pharmacist License in the State of New Jersey

Experience:

Previous hospital pharmacy experience is preferred

Salary Range:

$56.17 to $80.04

The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
