Creative Lead - US

We are partnering with a high‑growth media‑tech company that is building its presence in the US market and is looking to hire a senior Creative Lead to drive advertiser‑focused storytelling, branded content strategy, and campaign execution across enterprise brands and agency partners. The role will focus on building high‑impact creative solutions for brand campaigns, creator‑led initiatives, and performance marketing programs, while helping establish the company’s creative and commercial presence in the US market. The role will be hired on a one‑year contract. Key Responsibilities Lead creative strategy and campaign ideation for enterprise advertisers, media agencies, and strategic brand partnerships in the US market Develop integrated branded content and platform‑native campaigns across digital, social, creator, and performance marketing ecosystems Partner closely with sales and strategy teams to build compelling advertiser pitches, creative narratives, and custom media solutions Drive end‑to‑end execution of campaigns including concept development, storytelling, production oversight, and client presentations Help shape the company’s creative playbook and build scalable creative capabilities as the US business expands Ideal Candidate Profile 8–15 years of experience across creative strategy, branded content, advertising, media, or digital‑first creative roles Strong experience working with advertisers, agencies, creator ecosystems, digital media platforms, or consumer internet companies Proven track record of building integrated campaigns across social, video, branded content, creator marketing, and performance‑led initiatives Prior experience with companies in media‑tech, ad‑tech, OTT, digital publishing, creative agencies, or large internet platforms would be preferred Entrepreneurial mindset with strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Kwan Ventures
