WACOSA is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Full-Time Materials Handler/Driver on 1st shift in Waite Park.

The Materials Handler/Driver will be responsible for receiving product and supplies, operating forklifts and pallet jacks as well as operating a cube truck. This position will also support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Pay:$18.75 - $20.80 per hour

Responsibilities of a Materials Handler/Driver:

• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production area
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and cube truck
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete documentation
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to ensure workflow efficiency
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
• One years experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience required.
• Experience driving forklift preferred.
• Must be 20 years of age or older, possess a valid MN Drivers License and insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
