What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain robust reporting solutions, integrating data from diverse sources and formats to provide a unified view of performance. Collaborate closely with internal analysts to identify opportunities for enhancing existing reports and implementing innovative improvements. Ensure the integrity and clarity of project and work breakdown structures, facilitating efficient project execution. Critically review and approve documentation of business processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards. Apply strong analytical and mathematical principles to solve complex business problems and inform decision-making. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a closely related field. 5-7 years of professional experience in a business analysis or data reporting role. Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL for data analysis and reporting. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a customer-service oriented approach. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and effectively manage your time. Strong understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methodologies. A flexible mindset with a strong willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies.
