Our client is seeking an Operator I to support the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing environment. The role involves assembly, repair, testing, and inspection of medical devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related components. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on medical devices and components.
• Follow standardized procedures and work instructions under close supervision.
• Maintain accurate production, traveler, and quality documentation.
• Ensure traceability of parts and support quality issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturing teams and management.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and use appropriate safety equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
• Support Lean Manufacturing practices and operational excellence.
• Assist in achieving production and quality performance metrics.
• Comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic data collection systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle small components.
• Capable of making sound decisions with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and professional communication skills.
