Employees are not required to work every shift listed below.Scheduled Shifts:* Sunday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM* Sunday: 09:00 AM–12:00 PMAs a Direct Support Professional -Skills Coach, you'll spend your day helping participants navigate daily routines, build important life and job skills, and work toward meaningful personal goals. One moment you may be encouraging someone as they develop greater independence, and the next you could be supporting participation in a community activity that helps build confidence and social connections. Throughout your shift, you'll model positive behaviors, implement behavior support strategies, celebrate milestones and accomplishments, and collaborate with teammates to overcome obstacles and create opportunities for success.
