Foothills Bank is seeking a senior credit professional to lead the division's credit culture, policies, and risk management. You will oversee loan underwriting, review processes, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while guiding loan officers and staff.
In this role you will report to the division board, participate in Executive Loan Committee decisions, and drive continuous improvement across credit operations to protect portfolio quality and support strategic growth.
