Licenses/Certifications: Arizona RN license, BLS, ACLS

Experience: Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis; hospital-based ICU dialysis preferred, Tablo Hemodialysis Experience required

Pay & Benefits

Local Pay Rate: $56.00/hour

Travel Pay Rate: Hourly: $29; Weekly per diem: $1,200; Weekly gross total for 40 hours: $2,360

What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical units
• Operate the Tablo Hemodialysis System safely and effectively during treatments
• Conduct patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis procedures
• Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, and vascular access, responding promptly to changes
• Manage all vascular access types including AV fistulas, grafts, and catheters
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and nursing staff
• Document treatments, assessments, and interventions accurately
• Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times
• Function independently in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring patient safety and high-quality care

What You Need

Required:

• Valid and unrestricted Arizona RN license or Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience in a hospital setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
• Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to independently perform dialysis treatments and respond to patient needs

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments

About the Assignment Support acute dialysis care for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical units, at a leading hospital in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The RN will independently manage dialysis treatments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the process. Proficiency with the Tablo Hemodialysis System and all vascular access types is required for delivering high-quality, autonomous care in a dynamic hospital setting.
