Physical Therapist (DPT) — Launch a New PT Practice Alongside an Established Chiropractic Office

ActiveHealth, a sports chiropractic and wellness practice in Milford, CT with 19 years experience serving patients including elite athletes, is launching a new physical therapy practice under our roof — and we’re looking for the right DPT to build it.

This is not a PT mill. We’re not asking you to churn through units. We’re asking you to build something.

What’s already in place:

• Billing and EMR/software systems operational

• Support staff and front desk in place

• Equipment ready to go

• Established referral relationships with local MDs and orthopedic providers

• In-network insurance credentialing support

• A built-in patient base and daily foot traffic from our chiropractic practice

What we need from you:

• A licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) with the energy and vision to grow a quality practice from the ground up

• Someone who wants autonomy — set your own hours, run your own schedule

• Someone who cares about outcomes, not volume

• Comfort working alongside chiropractors in an integrated, collaborative care model

Compensation:

Structured as a base-plus-commission or production-split model — details discussed based on experience and fit. Full-time.
