Resident Services Manager Job Title: Resident Services Manager Responsibilities Support the leadership of community leasing and maintenance teams under direction of the Community Manager or District Manager. Document daily data in Entrata, including new leases, transfers, renewals, and audit leasing database and security deposit records. Manage general leasing and renewal activities and oversee rent and past‑due collection efforts while maintaining a positive customer experience. Assist with all business management activities at the community and collaborate on achieving all KPI’s related to operations. Oversee compliance efforts pertaining to reporting, credit and background checks, evictions, and related regulatory obligations. Maintain accountability for overall sales performance across the assigned property(s). Provide inspirational leadership that aligns with the LC Core Values – Performance, Leadership, Communication, Quality, and Teamwork. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Minimum of 2years managing operations and directly supervising staff in a property‑management, customer‑service, or retail environment. Proficiency in learning property‑management software quickly. Strong leadership aptitude, multitasking ability, and a fast‑paced, dynamic work ethic. Excellent customer‑service, communication, and conflict‑management skills. Physical Demands and Work Environment Primary tasks: sit, stand, walk, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, crawling; requires close and distance vision and focus. Work Environment: office setting with regular exposure to project sites.
