Human Resources Generalist

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, payroll background with manual entry experience, good communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Required Education And Experience Associates degree in human resources or business required. Bachelor’s degree a plus. Demonstrated knowledge and skill in human resources operations. Ability to work independently with minumal supervision/instruction. Computer literate with a proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication and decision-making skills. Ability to estabilish and rearrange priorities in order to meet all deadlines promptly and professionally. Understanding of the vision and values of Sacred Heart Southern Missions with a commitment to acheiving organizational goals. Understanding of the Catholic Church and religious life. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
