Job Description Supervise the switchboard operators, dispatchers, oversee daily functions; paging, emergency calls, monitor equipment, pager exchanges and on-call schedules. Maintain pager inventory and staffing schedule. Update facility directories annually. Liaison with paging vendor. Additional duties as required. Location Cincinnati, OH, United States Qualifications Associate's degree APCO certified within 1 year of employment. Emergency Number Professionals (ENP) Certification within 1 year of employment. 1 year supervisory and experience in call-center environment. Responsibilities Oversees daily operations of switchboard operators; dispatchers, paging, emergency calls, monitoring, on-call schedule and patient information Maintain staffing schedule & process payroll Maintain pager inventory & provide pager exchanges. Liaison with paging vendor Establish & enforce work standards & quality improvement goals Develop and maintain policies and procedures Evaluate staff's performance & provide feedback Interview candidates for openings and make hiring recommendations.
