What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Buildrelationships with new clients and maintain ongoing relationships withexisting customers
• Meetwith individuals and families to understand their needs and recommendappropriate options
• Followup with prospective and existing clients to provide continued support andservice
• Maintainaccurate records of client interactions and information
• Worktoward individual performance goals while contributing to a collaborativeteam environment

What We Are Looking For

Ideal Background

• Strongverbal and written communication skills
• Comfortspeaking with people and building professional relationships
• Self-motivatedwith the ability to work independently
• Organizedand detail oriented
• Basicfamiliarity with computer programs such as word processing, spreadsheets,and CRM tools
• Apositive, confident, and professional approach
• Previoussales experience is helpful but not required. Training and mentorship areprovided for individuals who are motivated to learn
