Fitness Non-CDL Driver

Plan and execute assigned orders to exceed customer expectations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain profitability for McCollister’s and its members. Works as part of a McCollister’s Fitness Systems installation team to deliver and install fitness equipment. Provides pick up and delivery services for a variety of Fitness commodities. Strives to satisfy customers by providing individualized service according to established plans. Works with customers to execute service and resolve minor problems. Identifies significant customer service problems to the dispatcher and planner for resolution. Records the status of orders and completes associated paperwork thoroughly. Success in this position is measured through safety ratings, productivity, customer satisfaction, and claims rating. Responsibilities Execute shipment plans within the scope of branch operations and United Van Lines. Manage workload to maximize efficiency and exceed customer expectations. Operate vehicle and equipment in the safest manner possible. Protect customer products and facilities- protect customer property during packing, moving, and installing. Identify significant customer service problems to dispatch for resolution. Maintain accurate order status for accountability. Works with Life Fitness Installers in handling the assembly, delivery, and installation of all types of fitness equipment to health clubs. Assists with loading of trucks with fitness equipment from our warehouse. Unloads the truck of fitness equipment and delivers into the client facility. Go to and from client locations and sends updates on directions and paperwork to McCollister’s Fitness planners. Supervise and train helpers. Vehicle operation. Status orders. Quality assurance. Completing paperwork. Customer relations. Education Equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience Install experience a plus, but not necessary – Will provide education. Clean, safe driving record Ability to lift 75 lbs Competent computer and ipad skills Candidate must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Must be organized Proven track record of working in a team environment and autonomously Outfitted in McCollister’s Fitness shirts which are provided by the employer and black shorts or pants which are to be purchased by the employee Act professionally at all times, especially when at a client location Strong work ethic Very organized and work in a timely manner Problem solving and conflict resolution Excellent telephone communication skills Team oriented and personally committed to continuous improvement Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and positively with all members of the organization Basic computer and typing skills for basicMicrosoft Office and Google G Suite applications #J-18808-Ljbffr
