- Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Prepare customer orders and materials for outgoing shipment
- Pick, pack, label, wrap, and stage products for delivery
- Verify quantities, part numbers, and shipping documentation for accuracy
- Process shipping and receiving paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Organize and store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations
- Assist with inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area
- Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, drivers, and shipping carriers
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience
- Familiarity with shipping/receiving procedures and warehouse operations
- Ability to accurately count, verify, and document incoming and outgoing materials
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders, and work in warehouse environments
