Service Technician - HVAC

Their work is centered on creating environments that are more comfortable, safe, and energy-efficient for both residential and commercial customers.

Location: Lynchburg, VA- onsite role

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who combines technical expertise with a strong customer-first mindset. This individual is not just a mechanic—they are a trusted advisor in the home, capable of diagnosing issues, educating customers, and delivering a high-quality service experience.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, reliable, and takes pride in their work, with a desire to build a long-term career—not just hold a job.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating & cooling systems
• Guide customers to informed buying decisions
• Maintain communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams
• Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional
• Have or be willing to obtain proper certifications (support provided)
• Join the on‑call rotation

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base = $50k - $79,500 (depending on experience)
