Director of Nursing - Youth Residential Care Leader

Rite of Passage Brand is seeking a Director of Nursing for Lava Heights Academy in Toquerville, Utah and Falcon Ridge Ranch in Virgin, Utah. You will lead the medical department, ensure ACA and licensing compliance, and oversee 24-hour coverage for emergencies.

The role requires a BSN, Utah RN license, strong clinical leadership, EMR proficiency, and the ability to pass background checks, drug screen, TB test, and child abuse registry checks.
