Closing Crew Member Position at McDonald's

But what does a closing McDonald's employee do? Some tasks that all of our employees do on the daily include, but are not limited to:

• Making sure equipment is powered down and maintained to ensure proper function and that it is ready to use the next day
• Forming connections with your guests by helping your 3rd shift customers start their day right with their favorite food and beverages
• Preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food
• Partnering with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keeping the restaurant looking fantastic

Closing shifts end between 12 a.m. and 2 a.m., depending on location.
