About the Position: Provide a "REMARKable" and "MEMORable" experience with each of our guests. Our restaurant is looking for a Hospitality Professional that attends to our dining room with the ability to provide operational excellence and second mile service to all of our guests. The ideal candidate has had multiple years of full-time experience in the workforce. We're looking for someone who is established, engaging, has high-level people skills, the ability to multitask, and uses our CORE 4 model to serve guests: making eye contact, smiling, speaking enthusiastically, and staying connected. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and generous.

About Us: Located an hour north of Washington DC in Frederick, Maryland. Chick-fil-A Frederick North is owned and operated by Dwight Sones. Dwight has served as the Owner/Operator of this restaurant since its grand opening in October, 2017. Prior to his six years as an Owner/Operator with Chick-fil-A, Dwight was blessed to serve our Nation as an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force. Of his 26 years of service, 17 were spent in the flying community as an Evaluator, Instructor, Trainer, or Trainee. Dwight has been able to transition his experience and leadership serving our country to propel Chick-fil-A Frederick North into a chainwide leader in operational excellence. Core Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the dining room.
• Supporting guests in the dining room.
• Greeting guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Refreshing guest's beverages.
• Having a comprehensive understanding of all menu items and the ability to assist guests by providing order recommendations.
• Cleaning each table after guests are finished with their meal.
• Restocking all items available to guests in the dining room area.
• Cleaning up any dropped food or spilled drinks.
• Ensuring a clean and visually appealing dining space for our guests by cleaning the floors, changing the trash, and straightening any tables or decorations moved by guests.
• Maximize guest satisfaction and increase repeat customers.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.
• Standing/Walking for long periods of time.
• Able to lift at least 50lbs.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Flexible Scheduling (Saturday's required)
• Participate in FOH operations.

Prerequisites:

• Three years of previous full-time work experience are expected.
• The ideal candidate is available Monday through Saturday from 8:00am to 10:30pm.
• Full time positions are available.
