Senior Insights & Foresights Analyst – Tampa, FL (hybrid) At Philip Morris International (PMI), we are transforming our business to deliver a smoke‑free future. This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement consumer‑centric insights for our IQOS and ZYN brands. Responsibilities Synthesize consumer, cultural, and competitive data into clear, structured deliverables (insights, opportunity areas, briefs) that inform portfolio strategy, brand positioning, and innovation priorities. Support the execution of qualitative research (ethnographies, co‑creation, exploratory studies), ensuring outputs are well‑organized, insight‑rich, and aligned to business needs. Implement and uphold standardized evaluation frameworks across concept, creative, and product testing (including IHUT), ensuring quality, comparability, and reliability. Analyze tracking studies, performance dashboards, and benchmarking data to identify actionable insights that inform brand, creative, and innovation decisions. Develop clear, insight‑led materials (reports, presentations, briefs) that connect findings to business implications, enabling decision‑making across marketing and cross‑functional teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in consumer insights within CPG or consumer research agency. Extensive knowledge and proven application of a wide range of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including survey development, segmentation, advertising effectiveness, panel research, ethnographies, focus groups, in-depth interviews, brand tracking, and product research. Proficiency in extracting insights from both quantitative and qualitative data, connecting multiple data sources, and making informed business recommendations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences. Entrepreneurial and results‑driven mindset, adept at aligning top‑down, cross‑functional, and market priorities, analyses, and insights. Experience managing research vendors to deliver high‑quality work on time and within budget. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Agility in ways of working and enthusiasm for trying new approaches. Ability to collaborate in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs. Willingness to travel as required. Eligible to work in the United States now or in the future without sponsorship. Annual Base Salary: $88,000 - $110,000.
