Pre-Sales Administrator

Job Description:

• This position will provide administrative support to the Client Sales Team.

Responsibilities include up to and not limited to:

• Quotation Generation
• Accessory quoting and post sales management
• Telemarketing and business development
• Territory strategy, marketing, and catalog stocking
• Order processing
• Manage shipping arrangements, Invoice tracking and reporting
• Database development (OMS/CRM)
• Developing and mailing correspondence, answering telephones, filing of customer: files, sales orders, invoices
• Provide administrative support to Sales staff
• Customer advocacy
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years related experience
• Previous experience with CRM tools is preferable, but not required
• Previous experience in machine tool industry preferred
• Average to expert use of Microsoft Excel
• Advanced interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

• General office environment will be experienced. xhyhwjd
• There will be periodic exposure to manufacturing environments.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree
