Operational Strategic Planning Practitioner

LMI is seeking a skilled Operational Strategic Planning practitioner at a client site in VA. The position supports a Mission Center and requires a TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.

Successful candidates will work well in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. The positions require prior experience in supporting HUMINT and Technical operations, as well as familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a high performing team focused on operational excellence providing programmatic support for an IC customer in areas including, but not limited to, operational planning, management/technical board operations, technical editing, business management, schedule development/maintain, and facilitating internal and external communications. Members of the team will also specialize in managing daily business operations for Client. In addition, successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in the functions of research and analysis and familiarity with the Intelligence Community.

• Stakeholder Engagement
• Maintain up-to-date stakeholder engagement schedules for leadership to ensure all collaboration efforts are in accordance with program objectives.

• Strategic Change Management
• Work closely with leadership to develop and execute a centralized change management plan across efforts.

• Operational Support:
• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding of team members.

• Coordination and Planning
• Collaborate with project staff to ensure timely completion of assigned corporate and internal tasks.
• Ensure that project-related documents are updated and maintained on platforms.
• Post announcements and relevant documents as it relates to the program.

• Communication and Documentation
• Track and monitor ongoing program activities and various initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of briefing presentations, reports, and program updates for internal and external executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or at least four (4) years of relevant work experience in project management, resource management, and operational tradecraft.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent time management
• Proven project management experience (23 years preferred).
• Must possess advanced analytic skills and in-depth knowledge of operational tradecraft and tools.
• Experience in cyber, technical and/or HUMINT operations
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
