Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Night ShiftThis position, independently or in consultation with a physician, administers medications, performs various types of therapeutic modalities and diagnostic testing for the cardio-pulmonary system. The Respiratory Therapist responds to arrest and emergency situations and provides CPR and life support systems.ResponsibilitiesPerforms respiratory care to evaluate and treat protocol evaluations.Delivers medications via aerosol and metered dose inhalers.Responds to all rapid responses, arrest, or STAT situations immediately, maintaining artificial airways, and performing respiration and cardiac compressions.Sets up and maintains all oxygen according to protocol.Schedule7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 6 on, 8 off (Wednesday through Monday)Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure2+ years of RRT experience - RequiredPrevious travel work experience - PreferredActive American Heart Association BLS certification - RequiredActive American Heart Association ACLS certification - RequiredActive American Heart Association PALS certification - RequiredActive Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification - RequiredActive RRT certification through The National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) - RequiredCurrent Michigan (MI) state license - RequiredWhy ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
