Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing ground-up projects and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate communication and project progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of ground-up construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
